Description
All home deliveries are made to the nearest kerbside via a carrier with a tail lift vehicle. The pallet is manoeuvred using a hand pump truck therefore, the unloading area must be smooth and level.
£50 charge per pallet on refused, cancelled or unable to deliver orders once dispatched.
Store 2 Door Home Delivery Checklist:
- No crane or HIAB delivery: We deliver with a kerbside tail lift lorry only.
- Delivery schedule: Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date.
- No loose surfaces: The ground and road need to be flat, level and solid tarmac or concrete to use this system.
- Sufficient vehicle access: The road must be wide enough for a lorry to fit down. if access is restricted please contact us.
- No obstructions: No obstructions, e.g. overhanging trees or cables. If there is a height restriction this may prevent delivery.
Please provide a contact number that you can be reached on. All orders must be signed for, please check all items before signing as any damages notified after the fact cannot be claimed via insurance. Please report any damages back within 24 hours. Goods are supplied on non returnable pallets.
